Inca Jungle vs Classic Inca Trail
  • The Classic Inca Trail: Is the most iconic route, passing ancient Inca ruins and ending at the Sun Gate. But permits sell out months in advance and crowds are heavy.
  • The Inca Jungle Trek: Arrives to Machu Picchu through the normal gate, warmer weather, and far more adventure activities
Inca Jungle Tours vs Salkantay Trek
  • The Salkantay Trek: Is breathtakingly beautiful but crosses a 4,600m mountain pass, physically demanding and extremely cold.
  • The Inca Jungle Trail: It descends quickly into warm cloud forest, making it easier on the body and more enjoyable for travelers sensitive to altitude.
Inca Jungle Trek vs Lares Trek
  • The Lares Trek: Is ideal for cultural immersion, passing through remote Andean villages and traditional weaving communities.
  • The Inca Jungle Tour: It offers more physical thrills but less indigenous cultural interaction along the route.
